Our team of Security Officers are all vetted, finger printed, processed and licensed by the Private Security Regulation Authority (PSRA), prior to being tested, selected for employment and rigously trained. Monthly training exercises on topics such as: Duties and Importance, Firearm Handling Skills, Crime Handling Skills, Safety and Fire Prevention, Report Writing, Patrol and Control, Urban Tatical Maneuvers, Investigative Methods and Procedures, First Aid and other relevant areas of required competences.

Glenroy Stewart
Managing Director

Mr. Stewart is a seasoned business professional with more than Twenty-Eight (28) years of experience in finance and auditing. He is a prominent Justice of the Peace, with integrity and code of ethics being his core principles.  He has held the positions of Chief Internal Auditor and Director of Program Budgeting within the Public Sector for several years. Furthermore, Mr. Stewart has accumulated over Twenty-Two (22) years of experience in the Private Security Industry, along with a comprehensive understanding of law enforcement and loss prevention.

Renaco Stewart
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Stewart is a Military and Business Professional with over Twenty-One (21) years’ experience in Logistics and Supply Management. He attended the Concordia College where he attained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Logistics.

 

During his tenure in the United States Army he served as a Platoon and Supply Sergeant, Brigade S4 NCOIC and Sustainment Operations/ 1st Sergeant. As a Platoon and Supply Sergeant. Mr. Stewart maintained accountability for company equipment and budget. He also developed and integrated innovative company supply Standard Operating Procedure. This resulted in increased productivity.  In addition, he achieved Ninety-six percent (96%) and over, on all supply discipline inspections and he coached and mentored corporals.

Robert Banhan
Finance Director

Mr. Banhan brings over Thirty-Two (32) years of expertise in the fields of Accounting, Management, Software Design, and Programming. He has pursued his education at various esteemed institutions, including The University of the West Indies, the Association of Accounts Technicians, the Caribbean Institute of Technology, Cisco Systems Networking Academy, Duff’s Business College, and Infoserv Institute of Technology. Mr. Banhan has extensive knowledge and experience in accounts payable, financial data collection, data entry and report generation, preparation of financial statements, bank account reconciliation, and the processing of monthly and biweekly payrolls. He holds certifications in Networking, Software Design and Programming, Computer Technology, as well as ACCA Level 1 and AAT Levels 1 and 2.

Mr. Michael Deer (JP)
Zone Manager

Mr. Deer possesses a total of Forty-Eight (48) years of professional experience, with Thirty-Seven (37) of those years devoted to the Jamaica Defense Force (JDF). He served for Three (3) years as a Security Surveillance Coordinator and for Eight (8) years as a Security Screener. In 2002, he was appointed as a Justice of the Peace, during which he provided Mediation Services. His education and skills have been acquired from various esteemed institutions, including the Caribbean Regional Drug Law Enforcement Training Centre (Redtrac), Kingston Freeport Terminal Ltd, the University of the West Indies, the Caribbean Maritime Institute, and the National Council of Technical & Vocational Education & Training in Information Technology.

Carlton Stewart

Mr. Stewart has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, a Certificate in Marketing from the College of Arts Science and Technology/University of Technology and other technical qualifications. He received and provided Sales and Marketing Training in Africa, Britain, USA, Belize and the Caribbean.

Mr. Stewart is a former President of the National Consumers’ League and founding Director of the Caribbean Consumers Council. He is a Business Service provider, a Business Consultant, Chairman of the Credit Committee of St. Catherine Coop Credit Union and a member of the NCTVET Lead Group.
